Equipment and Facility Maintenance: o Oversee maintenance and upkeep of paint shop equipment, including spray booths, paint guns, drying ovens, and ventilation systems. o Schedule regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. 4. Safety and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to paint application and handling of hazardous materials. o Promote and enforce safe work practices, including proper handling and disposal of paint materials and chemicals. 5.
