Operational Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure output aligns with the monthly production plan.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished components. For experienced candidates, this includes root cause analysis (RCA) of defects.
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime.
Team Supervision: Guide and monitor floor operators and helpers to maintain workplace discipline and safety.
Reporting: Prepare and update MIS reports, including Daily Production Reports (DPR) and wastage tracking.
Process Optimization: Assist the senior management in implementing Lean manufacturing techniques or 5S practices on the shop floor.
